FAQ’s

  • How do I make a booking?

To make a booking you can either message me via email, sms or Instagram messenger by clicking on the icons at the bottom of this page. You can also contact me by filling out the form on the “Bookings & Enquiries” tab found at the top of this page.

*A deposit will be needed to secure your booking*

  • Will I need a consultation?

Yes! All clients require a consultation before we proceed with any treatment. This is to assess the skin concern, go over your medical history and discuss lifestyle so I can create the best tailored plan for you.

Most treatments do require home preparation for a minimum of 2 weeks depending your skin type. This is essential to make sure the skin is safe to treat and you get the most out of your skin treatment.

  • What is the required set up for home appointments?

For any appointment I will require a clear 2x3m clean working space, access to hot/cold water, electricity and a surface I can put my equipment on for all treatments to be carried out.

I will also need a parking space close by to transfer all of my equipment into your home.

  • Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, I have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment deposit will be redeemed and you will need to pay a new deposit to make a new booking.

  • What areas of the uk do you cover?

I am based in Surrey and South East London.

I do travel out further upon special request. But please note I do charge more for these appointments which I can discuss in your consultation.

I do have clients in Alderley Edge (Cheshire), Chigwell (Essex), Sandbanks (Dorset) and North Devon

  • Before my appt is there anything I need to consider?

Please do not use AHA/BHA’s and retinols for 2 days prior to your appointment.

Wash you hair before the appointment as after most treatments you won’t be able to for a few days after to avoid adverse reactions and irritations.

Do not have any beauty/cosmetic treatments that will prevent your treatment being done. If you are unsure you can ask myself.
